When you report payroll information in real time you will have to send certain information that you do not currently hold in your payroll system. You will need to inform your staff of this change and collect this information. Information to be reported includes:
- Hours worked
- Employee working patterns
- Details of all employees including the lower paid, temporary, irregular and casual
You will no longer need to separately report starters or leavers; this information will be sent automatically to HMRC when you submit your payroll information.
